About NDIS HOUSING
Empowering lives – one home at a time
NDIS HOUSING designs and builds purpose-built accessible homes for NDIS participants, including homes suited to Supported Independent Living (SIL). Where a home needs to be enrolled as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), we can build to the NDIS SDA Design Standard for certification by an independent accredited SDA assessor.
We work in partnership with an NDIS provider. Our homes are built at our workshop in Braeside, Victoria, under a builder registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission for more than 30 years, then delivered and positioned on site.
We currently offer four designs — The Independence, The Empowerment, The Opportunity and The Freedom — each created specifically for NDIS housing rather than adapted from standard tiny home models. Every participant is different, so we can adjust our designs to suit your needs and requirements.
We work with NDIS participants and their families, support coordinators, SDA and SIL providers and investors, and landowners with space for an additional dwelling.
