9. All Certificates of Compliance
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Optional items include the following
1. Solar panels
2. Additional reverse cycle heating and cooling (must be ordered prior to build commencing)

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Pre Construction of your NDIS Housing Home, you get to choose the optional extras you want added to your NDIS Home from our extensive list of optional extras. Choose wisely because once we start construction on your NDIS Home, it's full steam ahead and there's no stopping the progress so that we have your NDIS Home ready for you as quickly as possible.

Our frames meet the Australian Code of Building, all our trades are licenced and certified and all materials we use are quality. A: Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is purpose-built housing funded under some NDIS plans for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA homes are designed to be safer, more accessible, and easier to provide support in than standard housing.
Q: Is NDIS Housing a registered NDIS provider?
A: Yes. NDIS Housing is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under Registration Group 0131 — Specialised Disability Accommodation.
Q: Am I eligible for an SDA home?
A: SDA funding is only included in the plans of a small number of NDIS participants who meet specific eligibility criteria based on their functional needs. Your NDIS planner or Support Coordinator can confirm whether SDA funding is included in your plan.
